My Experience with Third Roast

Placing an order on the website is not difficult at all. But I faced some issues while making payment and contacted the team on Instagram. They replied within an hour or so and helped me through the purchase. Delivery was also swift offering one day deliveries in Delhi NCR. You can also opt for pickups, if you are in the area or need the desserts as soon as possible. I ordered assorted chocolates, Mocha Peppermint fudge in both normal and sugarfree versions. My husband is a health freak so I had to get a sugarfree version for him for pre Valentine's day surprise. 

It came nicely packed in cute cardboard buckets and chocolates were in this little jar, adding to the charm. So, all this makes it easy to plan a surprise for someone special. Time for Taste Test!

Assorted chocolates were all of diffirent flavours so biting into each peice was not less than a surprise itself. You have to guess and enjoy every bite. I really liked the pink one, which is raspberry pistachio. They have flavoured fillings in them. Mulled Wine (alcohol based), Ginger Rum (alcohol based), Coffee Kahlua (alcohol based), White Russian Roasted Hazelnut, Raspberry Pistachio, Hazelnut Crisp, Sea Salt Caramel are all the flavours. They are decently sized so you can share half with your loved one, turning it into a guess game!

My favourite was the fudge among both the products. I chose the Mocha Peppermint flavour. It has a bit of bitterness followed by freshness of mint tingling your taste buds. Fudge had a very soft  chewy texture and felt like eating semi melted chocolate. You take a bite and it melts in your mouth releasing all kinds of distinct flavours. Both sugar and sugar free versions tasted same so no weird after taste for sugarfree version. And it was not too sweet or too bitter. 

Perfect balance bringing the taste of coffee, with dark chocolate and mint is really nice. IIt is made with all-natural dark chocolate grown in the highly bio diverse regions of the Deccan plateau, coffee, creamy coconut milk, peppermint extract, for that burst of freshness in your mouth and khand (raw) sugar. In the sugar free version, Khand is replaced with Stevia. The only flaw it had was it got all over my hands!
