Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipsticks | New Collection | Lipsticks shade for Indian Girls

Colorbar Velvet Matte range is one of the affordable lipstick range available in India. It is matte, creamy, and soft on lips as per the brand. I got one shade, Stay True as a gift from a friend and I really liked it. So, thought of getting more shades from this brand and range. I got 5 more shades and got one as a free gift. Today, I am sharing my experience with the lipstick range along with swatches.

Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick - Brick-O-La

It is a deep pink shade, The lipstick is not at all matte. It looks sorta creamy on the lips and has a subtle shine. It is lightweight but very transferable. 

Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick - Deep Fantasy

Deep Fantasy is a Fuschia kinda pink color. Very beautiful and slightly bold. This has a little warm tone to it, but not a lot. Also, this has a matte finish.

Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick - Hot Hot Hot

If you want a beautiful bold red, this shade is for you. This shade has blue undertones so it is not too bold but just right. It reminds me of a shade from the Colorbar Soft Touch Lipstick shade called Hot-e if you have tried it.

Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick - Raise Your Glass

A lovely deep red shade, that is close to wine berry color. It is slightly matte and soft.

Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick - Stay True

This one is an actual matte shade among all. Very lightweight and pigmented. Shade is a deep Mauve color with blue undertones. It transfers too but very little. 

Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick - Peach Crush

Peach Crush is a lovely bold corallish shade. It has a pinkish vibe to it. the shade is quite different and looks beautiful on every skin tone.

Colorbar Nude It - Exposed

A creamy basic nude shade that complements the lighter skin tone. I have dark lips and it was looking kinda weird on me. Also, it is creamy and has a shine. Price is Rs. 750

I loved the packaging of most of this lipstick. It has a magnetic case which I find fascinating.

• Transfers a lot
• Not all lipsticks are matte
• Some shades are always out of stock
