How to Use

Apply an adequate amount of shampoo to your hair and scalp, massage it gently. Rinse well until the formula comes out. It has slightly thick consistency so I mix a little water in it so it helps in the proper application. You might need conditioner after this, so remember to use.

Packaging & Texture

Innisfree Green Tea Mint Fresh shampoo comes in a cylindrical bottle with an opening on top. This is spillproof packaging that helps in taking it around while travelling. The texture is a bit thick so you can dilute it well with water as per your need. It doesn't lather well so you might need a bit more for a nice clean wash. It has a very amazing, high mint feel so it fills the entire room with its minty freshness.

Pros

  • Amazing minty freshness and cooling feel on scalp and hair
  • Cleanses well with a squiky clean feel
  • Contains green tea and peppermint extracts
  • Removes oil well
  • Contains natural ingredients for healthy hair
  • Free from harsh chemicals
  • Suitable for oily hair
  • Free from parabens

Cons

  • Makes hair dry
  • Lathers less
  • Not suitable for dry and normal hair

This shampoo does what it says, it refreshes your scalp and hair giving a minty after feel. It is a pretty good shampoo, but it is just a shampoo. It cleanses well but made my hair a bit dry. So I always had to use conditioner and some hair serum so that they stay manageable. But I really love the amazing minty feel it gives to my hair. However, for just that minty feel I will not spend this amount on a shampoo. Rather I will mix some tea tree oil and some eucalyptus oil in water and wash my hair with it.

It was worth trying for minty fresh feel but not suitable for dry or normal hair. Apart from this, I have really long hair and they need a lot of shampoo. This shampoo was not lathering enough, so I took a lot of shampoo, finishing this entire bottle in about 1.5 months. So I will not repeat this and look for something better with the same feel but that makes my hair feel soft with some volume as well.
