Axis bank: Giving way to innovative ideas with Future of Jobs
India is growing at a very fast pace and the leaders taking up the baton in this growth are the youth of the country. They are bubbling with ideas that not only makes them stand out but also helps the country to stand out on a global platform. Indian youth is known for their extraordinary skills and talent around the world. Identifying this talent, Axis Bank came up with a unique initiative- Future of Jobs!
The Axis Bank – Future of Jobs campaign, India’s largest crowd sourcing initiative, is an attempt to bring innovative solutions from the youth for generating jobs across various sectors. Over 21,000 people send in their ideas across the agricultural, IT & ITES and tourism sectors to compete with each other. 11% of these ideas have been generated by young working professionals and 89% have come in from students.
The framework of the initiative looks at co-creating ideas especially with the youth of our country and providing them a platform to come together and bring alive their vision of India and the future of jobs. When the entire world is turning towards automation, creative ideas are the need of the hour. Axis bank - Future of the Jobs campaign is aiming towards harnessing this relatively young talent pool and their ability to combine the automation industry with the traditional values.

Now what is Future of jobs campaign?

Following months of rigorous planning and evaluating, best 50 ideas were selected among 21000. These ideas were given a platform, where the people responsible for developing this idea will turn it into a functional plan of action for generating jobs and a business. On 8th April, 2017, all these teams were brought together to present their business idea in front of of jury members including:

· Ved Arya – Srijan
· Rohit Thakur – CHRO, Accenture
· Ms.Shikha Sharma – MD & CEO, Axis Bank

- Mr.Amitabh Kant – CEO, Niti Aayog
- Mr.Rajan Anandan – Managing Director, Google India
- Dr. Sanjiv Misra – Chairman, Axis Bank
It was an amazing night, full of creativity and ideas. Indian youth surely has a great potential. It just needs a push and support system which Axis Bank has been successful in providing. Crazy Nailzz is proud to be part of such an opportunity where we met all these finalists and jury members.
Ideas presented by these participants were quite unique ranging from turning roof tops into gardens to giving use of robotics in the industries a whole new perspective with a business value. You can see over here some of the teams:
Out of these 50, only best 5 were selected who presented their idea with a final presentation in front of the public as well as an esteemed panel of jury including,
