Maybelline Color Show Gold Digger Collection- Gold Gluttony 905: Review
Maybelline has started launching their unique nail polish collections in India now days. Starting from Color Show Daily Nail polish collection available in a number of shades, they kept surprising us nail polish lovers with new addition. One such addition was the Maybelline Color Show Go Graffiti collection.
If you were taken head over heels by the Go Graffiti Collection, the new Maybelline Color show Gold Digger collection will sweep you off the floor.
The Collection consists of 6 shades but currently only 5 of them are visibly present in the market. However you can find all 6 on online stores.
Shades over here are: Dreams of Gold 906, Gold Gluttony 905, Oh My Gold! 904, Gilded Rose 903, and Bling Thing 902. The 6th one is Gold Me Baby 907.
Entire collection is focused on giving a very festive feeling to the nails. All of them come with gold particles filled in clear as well as colored base giving your nails a quick touch up. If you love bling bling nails, this is perfect for you.
Oh My gold, Gilded Rose and Gold Me Baby are colored so you can use them directly on your nails instead of any other color.
I will be reviewing Maybelline Color Show Gold Digger Collection- Gold Gluttony 905 over here today. Let's start then,
This one is my favorite in the entire collection. Chunky gold particles filled in clear base gives you the perfect glittery top coat for your nails.
You can use it for nail art as well for accent nail, glitter french manicure, glitter half moon manicure or just adding that bling to your other polishes.
Applicator is perfect and picks up just the right amount of glitter so you can place them properly on your nails. I love the applicator brushes in Maybelline Color Show nail polishes.
Price: Rs. 145 for 6ml
If you compare it with other good glitter polishes such as Colorbar Glitterati which is about Rs. 400 for 15ml, this might seem as budget option.
Shelf life: 3 years
However, like most of the top coats with glitters in it, this might start drying up as soon as it hits half mark. Most of the Maybelline Color Show polishes have this tendency.
This is the perfect top coat which adds life to your nail polish color. However, it might start getting dull after about 7 days. If you are someone who handles their household chores ( washing, cooking everything), this might become dull a bit earlier.
You can read more about Nykaa Pastel Polish collection over here.
